First trim of the year today and usual professional and personable service was received - a very client focussed salon. I have been a customer of Findlays for over twenty years and just wouldn’t go anywhere else in Aberdeen.
Katie is amazing! She’s so kind so lovely and amazing at everything she does! Her chair is like therapy and every haircut blow dry colour is just the best, my blowdrys last 4 days! Recently when I was going through tough time she was so kind thank you Katie for everything ❤️
Can't praise this salon enough. Alway a friendly welcome and the service is great! One of the best head massages ever and I love that Sophie is always so attentive and patient with my indecisions! My go to salon in Aberdeen, whether it's style overhaul, hair up or a trim! 5*
I absolutely love this salon! My hair is always exactly how I want it and the girls make me feel so relaxed while I'm there- just what I need with my hectic life! My friends always use them for nights out and special occasions as Sophie is so talented at hair ups.
Terrible hair experience. I asked for my hair to be cut so it’s all the same length. Hair through out has 1/2- 1 inch differences, from chunks side by side to differences in the hair underneath. Originally my haircut was 2 inches longer, I let them cut it again to sort it - it’s even worse. The hair was cut by pinning it against my body and cutting along then using a big fading sissor randomly throughout. Others have made comments like it looks like it was cut with a lawnmower. I wish I could post a picture on here. I went in twice to try sort it out. The manager and owner were extremely unreasonable. Firstly it couldn’t be proved because despite my hair being naturally straight “it had volume” so hair could be jaggy apparently. They then refused to let me straighten my hair, I went home straightened my own hair and manger made no comment on the random chunks missing and walked away from me saying the only way I could prove it’s a bad haircut is if a hairdresser phoned them from another salon. She also said that if she gave refunds for every haircut which customers didn’t like she would be out of buisness... shocking
