    Looked at the website to check if this branch was open, and it said open, so I went down only to find it was closed. Being a pensioner with impaired walking, I was very disappointed with this wasted journey. Can you please make sure your information is correct on your website, to save this inconvenience to others

    Older local woman staff member unbelievably abrupt and rude. Made us feel uncomfortable and had zero people skills. As soon as walked in shouted “NO DISCOUNTS”..nobody asked for one!! Also “trimmed” fringe to crazy short. Was too afraid to say anything based on her demeanour! Will not be back, obviously. Would rather get a bowl cut from aunty. EDITED TO REPLY: I was here with my son, who is a student-I am well aware that this is a gents barber, thank you. I am not in the habit of leaving “completely fake reviews”. It was a very unpleasant experience.

    Female staff member was extremely judgemental and rude. Made inappropriate comments and coughed all over me, now have a cold. She was generally pessimistic and unappealing

    Been going here for around 2/3 years now as I live close to it so it's handy for me. A lady called Rachel cut my hair today and it was by far the best cut I've had in ages. Last few times the staff haven't been great, very quick and lazy work where Rachel was very friendly, chatty and actually took her time with the cut. Very happy with the cut and will continue going back.
