Fabulous pumpkin picking! Great little place, wonderfully decorated for Halloween. Great fun to wheel your barrow and collect pumpkins. Food available there too. Brilliant place!
Best pumpkin patch in the south. Had such an awesome time here, it looks stunning this year. They even had pumpkin coffees, pumpkin ice creams, homemade pumpkin cookies, hot food etc. staff are all lovely. Lots of parking, tons of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes and a farm shop with local produce. 10/10 day.
Wow what an afternoon! We went to pumpkin pick your own today at The Cat and Fiddle and it was absolutely fantastic. We have attended a different site for the last two years and this blew that one out of the water. I was so impressed. The owners have put a lot of effort into decorating the main area with lots of photo opportunities. The fields today were filled to the brim of pumpkins growing (rather than some other places that buy them in and scatter on a field) so the kids enjoyed actually picking them. We then went to the food area and sat in the tents. Great gyros and sweet treats. We then were treated to two shows by brilliant singers doing a really fun show for the children - all of this was free!! We then went and picked a huge bunch of flowers which were beautiful - such amazing value! The farm has music playing in the fields which the kids really enjoyed too! It was so nice to go to a family friendly place, have an amazing time and not feel like we have broken the bank. We will definitely be back and fully recommend attending this spooky season
There are always sooo many pumpkins here ! Lots of space to park so no need to worry about where to park! A whole range of pumpkins to choose from , lots of different sizes and colours There is a hose to wash down your pumpkins if its really muddy Delicious coffee and hot chocolate at the cutest little cafe Great for kids and families!
The farm itself is an excellent place to take your friends and family, especially for pumpkin picking! But the cafe is fantastic! They serve customisable hot chocolate, coffee, milkshakes, and sundaes! Excellent service and a wonderful vibe.
I just love it here! Love autumn, pumpkin picking here has become a yearly tradition for us. Dog friendly so great for your instagram dogs! The Ducking Stool cafe is there for great hot chocolate and milkshakes. Looking forward to getting our Christmas tree in a couple of months.
We had a great couple of hours here. The produce is seasonal and picked corn on the cob (later enjoyed for dinner) a supply of blackberries. Since our last visit, there is a diner serving drinks, ice creams and shakes (seems to be connected to The Ducking Stool). There is also a small shop selling fresh produce. Definately on our return again list.
There is a wide variety of produce that you can pick yourself, and although I came specifically for pumpkins, I will be returning to take advantage of the flowers and other assorted veggies and fruit in the future. As per the many other reviews of the farm cafe, I also tried their pumpkin spice milkshake and was definitely not disappointed. Be ready to stand in some lines because this place is super busy (hence the 4 stars), but well worth a trip!
