   Bought a Macallister MBV2800 Corded Blower Vac at the end of January and kept it boxed until the start of October when I needed it for picking up the leaves outside. I have already reviewed this item and will downgrade my review based upon my experience with this particular model. Suffice to say the product failed on me within 2 months so I went back to Screwfix New Milton for a replacement or refund. I know I had two months left of my original guarantee but the nice lady at the counter replaced the item straight away without query (I did have all the original Invoice and Order details with me which helped). First class Service from Screwfix on this occasion.

   Always a great experience using our local Screwfix branch at New Milton. I have been trying to source particular radiator sizes. Kim at New Milton branch phoned me directly to discuss possible solutions after I had mentioned my project. As usual she was most helpful and today on visiting the store to place an order, sorted out a number of credits for me. Really great service!

   Excellent, efficient and friendly service. They always have what I want and are able to find it quickly. When ordering on-line for click and collect my orders are always ready within 30 minutes. I am a regular now and the staff have come to recognise me and they always have a few dog biscuits on hand for my dog.

   It has everything, you order before you get there so it’s waiting for you. Excellent value for money. Next day free delivery (for orders over £50 ?) if you don’t want to go to the shop. In New Milton has the added bonus of Milford Supplies being on the way there so always worth popping in there first and supporting a fantastic local shop.
