Used Screwfix plenty of times lately for various items. Last time I went in the computer systems were down and everyone was working really hard to manually input and check stock levels without their database. The only reason I've done 4/5 is because of the pricing. Although the prices are not astronomical many of the items can be found cheaper locally. If this review was solely based on staff it would be a 5/5.
