Some staff members need to brush up on their customer service skills. There was no offer of help in carrying multiple bags of postcrete to my car. It was just dumped on counter and I was left to load it myself. Luckily I had managed to park quite close to the door. Definitely think twice before using this branch again

Great service - don't have to be in the trade - and the staff are very helpful. Can be busy at times with only a small waiting area, but the staff work hard to ensure you don't have a long wait. Lots of items in stock or available next day.
