   As a neighbour does some shopping at the Tesco Store in the Rushes, Loughborough I always look to see if they stock the item I want at that store to save him time only for them to say they don't have it it's at the Shelthorpe Store wasting his time. What is the point of separating the stores you might as well just have 1 site. If I could give no stars I would. As I am virtually housebound and we have no car I find his help a godsend and hate to waste his time as he has his own jobs to do.

   I just want to say the biggest thank you to Rams and Ash at Tesco — they went above and beyond to help me, and I’m honestly so grateful for their kindness and effort. I had purchased a garden sofa, which came in quite a large and heavy box. As soon as I paid, they both kindly offered to help carry it out of the store for me — something I really appreciated, as it would have been a real struggle on my own. When we got to the car, we quickly realised that the box was just too big to fit in the boot. Rather than giving up or just leaving it to me to figure out, Rams and Ash were both so calm, helpful, and determined to find a solution. They tried absolutely everything to fit it in while it was still boxed, adjusting the angles and being really careful and patient the whole time. When it became clear that it just wasn’t going to go in as it was, they didn’t hesitate to unbox the entire thing right there in the car park. Even then, they made sure to handle everything carefully, pack it safely into the car piece by piece, and double check it would all fit before closing the boot. All of this while being so polite, friendly, and professional — they genuinely made what could have been a really stressful moment feel completely manageable and even enjoyable. What stood out most to me was their attitude — they didn’t make me feel like a burden or an inconvenience in the slightest. In fact, they acted like it was no problem at all, which meant a lot. It’s rare to come across people who are so willing to help with such a positive and genuine approach. Rams and Ash — thank you both so much. You’re a credit to Tesco and you turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. I left with a smile on my face thanks to you

   it's tesco ,it is what it is, grab what you need and done, cafe staff are the best, but as always with tesco it looks boring, I always feel it need a fresh paint job, plus escalator is broken ,leaving you only a lift ,so queues to get back downstairs

   Good choice of fresh and cupboard products. Did find some pricing was inconsistent. The same item was located in 3 different areas of the store but price varies by £2 which was confusing.

   I HAVE FINALLY HAD ENOUGH. Today i walked into Tesco's. I followed my usual routine (as so many proud mums do). Got my trolley with the child seat so Dennis could play with his trucks. On coming through the doors I was greeted abruptly by a drunk looking fella. My first thoughts were 'Get a job fella' However i discovered he was an assistant. After a brief scower on the WWW I discovered this man was on PedoHunters. dennis was not safe and this man was luring him with bread sticks and Mrs Molly's cheesecake (Dont get me started on this cheesecake, I will be back in Weight Watchers quicker than i can cum) Anyways i grabbed the chicken breasts (not mine, lolol) And made a dash for the doors. IM NOTGOING BACK

   Having parked car found escalator not working. After walking up stairs from carpark below no trolleys. Escalator been down for last 3 days as I know huge supermarket chain with all their money should be up and running in few hours not days.some people work hard .they should receive good quality service.
