The store prices are such that you are forced to have a loyalty card, internet is not great so accessing your card is troublesome. I personally find Sainsbury's a frustrating and stressful shopping experience and would avoid it as often as possible.

My experience this morning was great ,all due to a man on the self checkout called Mark . I had put all my food through the till and then my card was cancelled, he came and sorted out the till and I tried it again it was cancelled, he sorted it again and I had a third try I was getting pretty wound up, again it was rejected , wanted the ground to eat me up ,found a different card and got it through ,but he was lovely very professional but kind made me feel as though it was no problem at all thank you Mark.

The staff were incredibly helpful, myself and my son needed help finding something in the store, we asked for assistance and Seth and another member of staff (we just can't remember his name but Seth knew him) couldn't have been any better, their customer service was absolutely outstanding and they really did help us find something in the store which wasn't easy to get. A true credit to the store! Thanks again!

This has recently become my regular weekly shopping place. Started to use click and collect to save time and cost, so accessing the click and collect is easy enough. Park in one of the 3 bays and then press the buzzer. A short time later a staff member will come out and ask for your name or order number. From my recent experiences this has been quick and efficient. However last experience did have an issue. When I got home I found 2 items missing despite the email saying they’d been picked. Tried ringing the store and got no reply, so had to drive back and explain to customer services, They were helpful enough and put me in contact with the click and collect team in store. Andy the staff member was really helpful and apologetic and allowed me to pickup the 2 missing items. Really good service.

I love this store, as it's quiet!! No music, hardly any annoying tannoy announcements!! And it's mostly well stocked. Although last time.i went fruit, and veg seemed very sparse

Spaceous supermarket, generally very nice staff. Sells a very wide range of products. Only marred by the ladies toilets which were dirty, including spots of blood on a toilet seat that obviously had been there for some time. Only 1 out of 3 toilets had toilet roll and it wasn't in the dispenser. Only one soap dispenser had soap. The bin for paper towels was over flowing.

Decent large supermarket, a bit heavy on non-groceries for my preference. Fairly good selection of products, but a bit lacking in some areas (pickles and olives section seemed very small).

ONE TILL OPEN AT 710pm! Plenty of self service tills if you have a few items, but some people don't want to do Sainsburys check out staff's job!
