   Normally dont leave reviews but i am forced to let everyone aware.I’ve been taking my kids to this salon for over two years and never had any issues until recently. This time, I was overcharged — my 17-year-old was charged £18 even though the listed price is £16 (and that’s what previous stylists used to charge), and my 10-year-old was charged £16 instead of £14. When I questioned it, the stylist was quite rude and said weekend prices are the same for everyone, regardless of age. The previous stylists were always friendly and welcoming, but this experience was really disappointing. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

   I have been using this barbers for over three years. All of a sudden they have a staff change and decided they will no longer cut ladies hair, ive had a short back and sides for years. Since the new staff have been working the place has gone downhill. The staff were sat with their feet up on the equipment and doing nothing whilst the floor was covered in hair. It is illegal to refuse someone service due to there gender anyone else that has had this issue should contact the police.

   I rang to get an appointment for my daughter to get her fringe cut, a 5 min job. Woman on phone was rude and unhelpful. She clearly couldn't care less. Awful attitude and customer service. I would advise that you give this place a wide berth. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!

   Have tried several times to get my daughter’s fringe cut. Have been told that there’s only 1 person who can trim her fringe and they only work a couple hours a week. Never been able to make an appointment. Most recently visit I spoke to a man at the desk. He told me to go and ask the lady about an appointment. She was in the middle of doing a clients hair and he expected me to interrupt her. So unprofessional. Definitely won’t be trying this lot again. To the owner I didn’t expect a walk in appointment. I was in Tesco and thought I could get an appointment. No customer should be told or expected to interrupt a member of staff to ask for an appointment. Your staff are rude and unprofessional. No apology??? Only excuses!!!! 1 star review is generous.

   Went in and took a seat. No queue, one other customer. Three ladies in the back room having a cuppa and chatting. Other customer paid and left. Hair dresser went through the back room for a cuppa and left me waiting. Waited another 10 minutes and left. If you use Muse be prepared for a long wait, personally I don’t have the time and will be to Ellon, lots of barbers and no waiting :)

   Completely disheartened by the customer service I received over the phone, I enquired how much it would cost for highlights & a cut/blowdry...The female Extremely Ignorantly cut me off in mid conversation stating there aren't any colour appointments until April.I didn't even get the chance to say anything & she put the phone down. I only phoned as I couldn't get through to Hair Trends (shows how popular Hair Trends are right are)...With an attitude like that over the phone I certainly Won't be trying Muse....shame they don't have the customer service Dimensions had when they owned the place..no wonder Hair Trends has been standing so long, Hair Trends are Top Class, both in their talent & customer service

   Came in for a cut & blow dry as my regular hairdresser was unable to give me an appointment. Really happy with the service. Lucas cut my hair and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend him
