I had a frustrating experience at this store recently. I’m 23 and went in to buy an energy drink for myself, not knowing that 23-year-olds can't buy energy drinks even with a valid ID. The staff assumed I was buying it for my 16-year-old sister, even though I had valid ID to prove my age. After showing my valid ID, the member of staff then decided to ask my 16 year old sister for ID. It felt unnecessary since she wasn't buying anything. Then my cousins, who are also over 18 with one of them being 25 years old, tried to buy it for me, they were refused as well because the staff said no because you're buying it for 'them' (me and my sister). It felt really unfair, especially since I was just trying to make a simple purchase (One prime energy drink). The staff should listen to customers instead of making assumptions. I haven't returned ever since. The fact that it was the manager who yelled at us when the store is in the wrong for refusing to sell an energy drink to an adult who is over 18 years of age is just absolutely ridiculous.

I didn't find what I was looking for but I reckon they have a big variety of frozen food which is nice.

Awful service. Slow. Large middle aged lady so slow! Multiple times being in there and half a dozen just as frustrated as me as staff chat away (one looked like the manager…) and quite obviously a deliberate slow pace. Genuinely not going back here a 3rd time now

Called in this morning, very nasty piece of work on the tills obviously stressed out with her job!! but no need to slam things down. She is one of two nasty pieces of work in your store. They need to take some customer care lessons from the lovely and friendly young brunette lady filling the shelves.

Great deals on their frozen items the majority of the time. Friendly staff who will help if you need it. Veggie range fluctuates a little, we've been hoping to see certain items return but it's been a number of weeks now and it doesn't seem like it will be returning :(

Rude!! Disgusting behaviour from the old woman with grey hair- Seen reviews saying similar! Mocking an old lady who went to a till and didn’t know it was closed! Bad day or not you treat customers with respect, she should be sacked ! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER ! I will never return. what a nasty old troll!!
