A very big Thank You to the staff on Sunday 26 October who helped the stranded bus passengers from the Bluestar bus route 15 which never turned up from 3pm onwards. They managed to get taxi numbers for 8 very cold passengers to get back to Southampton after a 2.5 hrs wait and no sign of any bus arriving according to app.

OUTSTANDING central hub of the Hamble community open from 7 till 10 everyday....The Lovely Ladies and gents that work here, always have a smile and time for a bit of friendly banter...priceless...Its imperative that you sign up on their app and become a co-op member for 1 measly pound...Then you unlock the member daily/weekly deals that offer insane value for money...cheaper than any large supermarket...I can do my weekly shop here, including the healthiest fresh food, snacks, fags and booze just by using the app. AND ALL my money goes to a non profit driven Co-op that does more for all british communities and charities than any other grocery store in the United Kingdom...As someone on a low fixed income, the Co-op Society are a national treasure...

This grocery co-op store is convenient for its late opening hours, but it falls short in terms of variety and affordability.

Early opening, not busy at 8am.

The standard co-op shop with the usual items for sale, though they seem to run out more than most, no reasons are given why! Service could be a lot better...

Went here to buy some drinks as I was in the area to visit a friend with a few others. We are all 21 but only 1 of us brought ID as they were the one planning to buy the drinks. We waited outside and there was one of the workers watching us, overheard our convo about not having our ID with us and had another staff member refuse my friend who did go in with ID because “she could be purchasing for minors”. Not only were we not asked for ID, but he laughed when we left. Unprofessional and ageist.
