URGENT - PLEASE BE CAREFUL ALL! I dropped off a parcel at this S & A Supermarket Go Local (Sydney Street, Burton) – the only place I used for dispatching. Just a few days later, an individual wearing a hi-vis jacket marking a DHL logo showed up at my front door unexpectedly, vehemently knocking on the door and ringing the bell, but I hadn’t arranged any pickup or delivery. As I didn’t answer the door, he posted a collection/pickup label through the letterbox and left. But this collection/pickup label was not arranged by me/us and is questionable itself: it includes fake inputs, vague grammar, courier service logo is not stated, recipient address is unknown to me, my partial address is there, and the collection driver’s name is listed although parcel labels do not state this. Plus, this person was without a scanner/equipment yet collection drivers always bring this to scan label barcodes at the time of parcel collection/pickup. This has raised serious concerns about data privacy, parcel information handling and crime. So please be cautious, I’m currently looking into this further.
