   Took a yodel parcel app couldn’t accept it as yodel hadn’t collected and it was a health and safety issue to the store !!! Couldn’t tell me either where was nearest drop off point and good job I was going to Lichfield and used co op Boley park where staff were astounded when I told them - I do find co op in Branston not particularly clean or appears not to be and have the most miserable staff - sometime taking a parcel seems like a complete in convenience -

   I've had consistently bad experiences at this store. Staff are often rude and unhelpful—especially at the self-checkouts, where you're left waiting far too long for age verification. They just decide to walk off when it takes them 5s to verify you on their screen behind the counter. On one visit, I accidentally left a fridge door slightly open, and a supervisor approached me aggressively, raising her voice in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner. It felt more like being scolded than helped. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. The store seriously needs to review its staff training and attitude towards customers.

Whether it's a quick stop or a larger shop, the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. It's clear that the staff take great pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of service they provide. An outstanding local store!

   Prices are ridiculously high. As an example, a pack of stuffing £1.50. same thing is 29p in Aldi. Everything else is as high. Only go there when there's no other option. Just tired of being ripped off.
