Always great chat from the staff, and great cuts as well. They always try their best to do exactly what you ask, and give suggestions if they think something should be done different. Brilliant.
I arrived this Monday morning to find the seat ,table and the area around the seat to be less than hygienic, not being funny but l would have expected it to be at very least cleaned up for the next customer. Very disappointed with the service and attitude

I've been here a few times now and each time I've had the same stylist (who's in Monday's and Wednesdays) and she's an absolute delight. I didn't really have an idea what I wanted to do with my hair but after a conversation with her I let her decide and do her thing. It turned out fabulous! The next time I went to see her I let her know how much and loved and and had another great chat. All Covid compliant. Great stylist, great hair, great advice, great conversations
Came here for a haircut a few months ago after having to cancel my normal appointment with another hairdresser at the last minute. I was genuinely surprised how cheap the prices were and how good the haircut I received was. The hairdresser was really nice and was chatty without talking my ear off. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and will probably be back next time I have a hair emergency.
This was a very bad experience. I asked for "short overall, graded on the sides 2-3, hand cut even and short on the top". What I can conclude from the result was the young lady did not: Understand 'graded sides' - a #3 was used up the all up the sides Understand the correct contours for what constitutes "side" vs. "top" - #3 cut up onto top of head Understand the art of using scissors on top and upon further inspection myself with fingers pulling through taut hair; it was revealed that what can only be described as a "bar chart" cut style had been made with various lengths and angles. "Please don't square the back" - *squares the back*... In my 39 years on this planet, this was possibly the worst hair cut of my life. The young lady could not maintain focus and was too preoccupied with chatting and speed-mowing my hair. Generally all the cutting movements were jerky and erratic almost as if it was a race rather than a haircut. Hygiene was also an issue as she was ill with flu, yet was happy to spread the germs by sniffing, wiping her nose then touching my face which was pretty gross. Now obviously this was a disaster and I can't vouch for anything except my personal experience. However, I feel there is enough evidence to suggest this was not a one-off and it is the standard. Evidently the young girl is not trained in cutting gents hair. This is not necessarily her fault and she shouldn't be fully to blame, she simply needs training. This is something management should have checked prior or tested. For me personally - once burned... never again. For others, I would avoid this establishment until management train staff/employ professionals and the outfit starts to produce good reviews/lower prices to the appropriate level of training. I don't often write reviews, but this ruined my week waiting for it to grow and other people shouldn't have to be put through this embarrassing situation. P.D.
