   We purchased 2 mattresses with Bensons. We dreaded looking for a mattress as never easy but Ishri made the experience so much easier. He was very helpful and patient and even rang us personally to tell us when one was on offer with a discount. We were straight back in to purchase the second one. That personal touch always has a positive effect. We would definitely recommend Bensons for a stress free experience.

   Was in a rush and needed to find a mattress quickly and get fast delivery. Shane recommended looking at the clearance section, and we found a perfect mattress heavily discounted. Shane then got us an even bigger discount and sorted next-day delivery for us and removal of our old mattress. Brilliant service. Delighted

   The service we received from Farooq at the store was excellent. Gave us some good advice and did us a good deal. We rocked up a bit late on a Thursday evening but he took the time to serve us and even went past the closing hours to make sure it was all sorted for us. Bed was delivered on time yesterday. Very happy customer :)

   Your show room in a convenient location (allow us to test the bed before buying) as well as staffed with an experienced team (not only knowing the products well but also knowing when to let us test on our own/ when to come back to explain) were critical to our decision-making process. The delivery team (Darren and Paul) was on time and friendly. Darren explained how to take care of my mattress to me thoroughly. His sense of humour made my day too :)

   Got delivered bed frame after waiting period of 3 weeks but few parts are missing in the boxes. Requested to get them but with another 10 days of waiting period. Not great experience. You should improve delivery timing.

   After spending hours in the showroom and checking with the sales person and online website we ordered a product which was on offer . After a couple of days they said only full price item is available and other ones are not produced anymore . We were still able to see these products being available online. This is false advertising. Very disappointed

   Salesman at the showroom was good attentive and helpful. We bought the bed. We were told we would receive a 2 hour delivery window on the stipulated delivery day. This never happened. We called the delivery centre and were on hold for 40 minutes and they never answered. Delivery team called out of the blue and just arrived. Not a great experience.

   The most ridiculous customer service ever! We bought a bed and got a delivery date but didn't get our bed neither on that day nor a month after, nor even 3 months after. As an apology the store gave us a voucher which we used for a duvet but the duvet wasn't delivered neither on the date they promised nor two weeks after. Right now they promise new date in two weeks but don't guarantee delivery and they don't want to cancel this order and don't allow to substitute with another good. I would recommend to stay away from this store and do not waste your time.

   The driver arrived and said the mattress was not in the lorry! Then no one phoned me why. I phoned the company and spent a lot of time to wait someone answered. Then the company said the mattress will come a few weeks later. Then a few weeks later this happened again. The mattress did not arrive when the driver came and no one phoned me why. And then the shop said the mattress will arrive 5 weeks later. Then I asked for refund. Totally unacceptable. Cheating!
