For a Charity there is little to no information about how funds are spent on the cause they promote. It all seems about selling furniture which suggests this is a commercial enterprise in disguise. Very odd. Not even a page saying what they do with the proceeds raised.
Extremely over priced ex shop display furniture. Lovely member of staff though, left us to look around and didn't intrude on our viewing, thank you!
Bought a new bed from here as I thought being a charity I would be getting a discount. Found another store later that day with a better and cheaper bed. Called them the next day to cancel and I was charged a discretionary 50 pounds for 'replenishing their stock'. If you are looking to donate to charity then it wouldn't matter, otherwise If you are looking for a bargain, this is not the store. Prices are not cheap and you are better off with a store with a good, clear and fair refund policy!
Hate the layout they force you to walk past everything and it takes ages to get simple stuff.
Good options for temporary arrangements however not so great in terms of quality.
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. A great variety of good value furniture, both new and donated. Reasonable delivery cost. Overall a brilliant shop.
Really great store, had a wide range of furniture and we found a sofa we loved that was very generously priced for being brand new. Delivery sorted exactly as agreed and both the lady who helped us in store and the delivery guys were genuinley helpful and friendly. would absolutley recommend.
Really helpful staff with great new furniture delivered locally , and disposed of old for minimal cost, and for charity. Couldn't get any better . Thank you!
