   Just took my son at the barbershop in Cults today and it’s was absolutely horrible experience. I'm not a hairdresser and I don't know what tools you need to use to cut my son’s hair. I don’t understand the meaning of the question of how exactly to cut his hair when I made it clear to make it shorter. There weren't many options. Offer me a ruler next time and I will measure the specific length. It was especially obvious how incredibly pleasant the hairdresser was to a previous man client and how dismissive he was to me. If I would need to ask about the price I will do it myself without comments at me looking at the prices. I’m just at a loss as to what is the reason for such a dismissive attitude? gender or racism? Just don’t want ever come back! To the owner: Thank you for your answer and attention. I apologise if I wasn't clear enough. I don't find anything wrong when a hairdresser asks what length to cut. I explained what exactly I wanted to see and even showed it on my son’s hair, but the hairdresser very emotionally continued to ask me again and again how exactly he should cut the hair and what tools to use. He was very emotional, continuing to repeat that he did not know how to cut hair and what to do. Regarding the price, I received a comment about this after I paid for the haircut. The comment was made after the hairdresser saw that I was looking at the prices on the board. I didn't ask any questions about this. In general, I found his behavior towards me quite rude without any apparent reason for this

   I've been using the Barbers Pole in Cults for many years now and I'm always happy with the service. I'm not looking for a fancy high class hairdressers shop that I feel out of place in. I just want to walk in when it's convenient for me, be greeted by the staff, get my head shaved with some pleasant chat, pay my money, say thanks and leave. This is the service they've always provided me with and I'm more than happy with that. Keep up the good work folks.

   Poor service! Called ahead and asked if they would do my little boys haircut and advised them he can get a bit emotional when he first goes on the chair but he calms down and the lady on the phone said it was no problem at all, arrived the next morning and the man who was in the shop said he wasn’t doing my sons hair as he cried? I explained the lady on the phone said they’d work around this but he was having none of it. We left feeling so embarrassed, would never use this barber again!

   Used a couple of times before, with no issues. Phoned for appointment, to be told it is walk in only, no problem. Asked if many there and was it a busy time to pop down, to be told he doesn't read the future. Taken a back, but still needed a hair cut, so arrived to find only one person, great ! Was just putting gel on my hands to be told to shut the door, I felt quite abruptly. Left and will not return, certainly attitude there.
