   I would never normally leave a review like this but please if you can avoid this post office. The rudeness I saw the owner show to a lady in the post office today has absolutely shocked me, she screamed and shouted at her extremely aggressively and it was difficult to watch. Avoid at all costs, she’s consistently rude and shows no respect to customers.

   Every time one enters this shop, the proprietor makes sure to let you know what a huge inconvenience you are to her. Hands down the angriest, most impolite person, and the worst service I have ever encountered in any shop. I used to use the post office here, as it is my local, however I know go twice as far to use the next nearest one, as I can no longer tolerate her rudeness. I won’t give her the satisfaction of using that post office anymore, as I’m certain that it is the only thing keeping that shop open. Goodness knows nobody does any actual shopping there anymore. This used to be a wonderful local shop, with very helpful and friendly staff. It could be once more, except for the vile petulance which has overtaken it in the form of that god awful woman.

   Really nice woman behind the counter, asked me about my day and was very smiley, she also was very helpful to the woman posting a parcel in front of me. I think the negative reviews have been written by people with a racial motivation.

   PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A SHOP USING FALSE PRETENCES, THE ORIGINAL LONDIS WAS DELCLARED CLOSED IN 2020 AND THIS IS A SCAM SHOP AVOID IF U WANT TO BE SIRIOUSLY ILL OR SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY, LOCAL TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEEN INFORMED

   I had my worst experience in the UK in this shop. The woman at the till is the most rude person whom I ever met in a shop service. I don't understand somebody like her. Why does she work in a shop if she obviously hates it?

   I can only add to the other reviews about how incredibly rude the lady on the till is. Trying to collect a parcel from the post office, it’s a completely unorganised mess. “You should have come at a different time” It’s 6pm, I just got off work, Its not exactly being unreasonable coming at this time - and if it is then maybe close the shop? If you can, just avoid coming here. Genuinely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

   Oh my goodness me, never have I ever encountered such a rude shop assistant as I did today. The lady who was behind the till on todays date at around noon was absolutely appalling. No smile limited speaking. When I got to till demanded i go to other till if I had things to be weighed even though it didn't need to be. She tried for all of two seconds to scan the bard code before throwing her scanner down and saying it won't scan as if that's all she was willing to do about it, never asked if I could make it bigger for her or what she would like me to do just went back to looking at anything but me as though I was a burden on her day. I managed to get it zoomed in for her to which she reluctantly scanned. Practically chucked the receipt at me. I've never had someone so unwilling to even meet eye contact or even fake a smile or pretend she wanted me in the shop. And she was just the same to the person before me. I've never seen such terrible customer service at one point I couldn't even stop myself from a little laugh at the blatant rudeness. She is by far letting that shop down as I won't be returning. From what I've heard and seen alot of people won't he either.
