I once more ordered some alcoholic free wine from my favourite supplier, Waterside Wines. The personal service you receive is amazing. Andrew Niven, the owner, takes such an interest in his customers that, when speaking to him, its as if you have known him years. So helpful and informative about every aspect of wines. Andrew phoned me and gave me a steer on a couple of others we hadn't tried before. Yet again, absolutely lovely and we will definitely go back for more. A first class company with, as as I say, a fantastic personal and caring approach. Darren and Jacquie Hill

I previously gave a one star review as our order was delivered to our next door neighbour. To be fair it’s an easy mistake, the house numbers are 45a and 47, and the rating was harsh. Once published I immediately received an apology from the company and a promise to review the process and reason for failure to deliver. So I’m happy to review and update the previous rating.

There's not many places that stock one of our favourite wines. Andrew was so helpful and managed to source a dozen for us. The bottles arrived quickly and well packed. Thanks for the great service.

Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I got the right wine at the right time. Communicated promptly every time throughout the process (which I had made somewhat complicated). I was also recommended an additional substitute to my favourite wine as there weren't enough bottles in stock at such short notice. And I'm really pleased he did! It's my new favourite! (well almost). I shall definitely be back. I highly recommend Waterside Wines. Thank you . S

Great, quick service. Our delivery was very well packaged unfortunately the carrier decided to leave our delivery by the side gate even though we were in the house. This won’t stop us from reordering in the future.

Great customer service, particularly about sorting a safe delivery and lots of advice for what I might like based on other wines I'd tried at a local tasting. Thank you!

Lovely having own very own local wine merchant, including great recommendations and speedy delivery. Our only complaint is that it all disappears too quickly - the wine not the service. Thank you Andrew.

Just started a very nice bottle of Camarada Argentinian Malbec. It's a lovely medium to full bodied red that I will be buying again for sure. I'm so pleased to have found a good local wine supplier, with quick and personal delivery. I highly recommend. I am pleased to support a local business. Thank you Waterside Wines.
