We went to the Barbers pole earlyer today and it was a dream come true, Julia did an amazing job and was really kind. Can't wait to visit again for my next hair cut.
My haircut was brill! The lady took her time and produced such a fine haircut. I highly recommend that she takes this talent to a greater shop as she’s very talent and skilled.
I was given the most prestige, sharpest intricate fade in Aberdeen. I was shaped into a whole different person, this haircut gave me a new form of identity. I was disillusioned with the world, but after my fresh fade I wasn’t.
I phoned the shop in an attempt to arrange a haircut for my partner and she has been refused. My partner has short hair which is required to be cut at a barbers yet she has been denied simply because she is a female? The woman on the phone was rude and stated that she did not want her barbers to ‘look like a hairdressers’, this being the Peterculter site. It is shameful and an embarrassment as a business they seem to be discriminating based on gender what services they choose to provide. I am hugely disappointed in the handling of the situation, the attitude of staff and the lack of accomodation.

Honestly, you take your chances and you pay your money when it comes to these no-frills walk-in barbers. However, there are some pretty skilled and experienced stylists working in these places, and I was lucky enough to have one of these skilled stylists cut my hair this morning. If you get this particular stylist cutting your hair at the Barbers Pole in Culter, you'll not go far wrong.
A walk in barber. My cut was reasonable and reasonably priced. Probably won't visit again simply because I can cut it myself for free.
