   As different as night and day 5* service during the day time excellent selection goods. But then at night after the doors close at midnight the following happens: • The level of service drops the staff are ignorant , impatient and rude and act as if the is a language barrier. • They get upset if you want more than 6 or 7 items (getting the wrong things) • Get very upset if you ask for a receipt. Be careful when paying by cash as items are not put through the till (there is a pile of cash and notes next to the till). All of which make me very suspicious of the night staff. Lastly a few time I have had to wait in excess of 10mins before a staff member appears and when they do they aren't happy to serve. With all this being said I can't give more then a 1-star even though during the day it's one of if not the best premiere I've used. Update: 17/03/25 I was shocked by what I saw tonight: one of the regular staff members was berating a new staff member who was being very helpful to me. Not sure why because I don't speak the language used, but it seem very aggressive.

   Be careful always charge extra, they will add extra quantity and charge you more and you will miss it. Happened to me now three times in a row. This time took 3 snickers and charged me for 4. Be careful can’t trust

   Do NOT send DPD parcels to this shop for pick up. One can only assume they have amassed quite a few items from unsuspecting customers as mine was tracked and they accepted the parcel.
