Although my first experience in store wasn't great, the subsequent ones have been fantastic. The team is highly professional and provided excellent service. Overall, they turned things around and delivered a positive experience.

Ollie and Karl at Majestic were so helpful! I ordered 40 bottles of wine, 210 glasses, wine chillers and ice. Everything went smoothly and the wine was excellent. I loved the fact you got refunded for any un-used bottles of wine and as long as all glasses were returned clean they were free to hire. Do consider using Majestic wines for big events!
Love this place. feel so welcomed every time. They have so much knowledge of the wines and are happy to talk you through them and make suggestions. Don't really like to buy from anywhere else now.
I was looking for a specific wine that was discontinued - I called the Salisbury store and they literally couldn’t do enough to help me! They held the wine for a good couple of months until I could come and collect it! Every part of correspondence has been professional and informative and I couldn’t praise Matthew enough!
