   I have had my last 3 cars from available car, and each time I had a good experience. I went to available car castle donington around 4 weeks ago, I suffer from anxiety and depression issues so this time it was difficult for me to go on my own (sadly the person who came with me the last time has passed away) I arrived at reception and a lovely lady told me whereabouts the car I was looking at was. I found a car that I was interested in and was told to take a seat in the waiting area! A friendly guy took me over to his desk where there was a computer. I'm 63yrs young so I didn't understand why it had to answer the questions! At this point I started sweating and my hands started shaking I was having a panic attack because I didn't want to get a question wrong. The lovely guy who was attending to me went to get me a cup of water, and told me he would help me. He started to help me, then I assume he was the manager told him I had to use the mouse and tick the boxes, I found the manager or team leader whoever it was never said a word to me. (I was upset shaking, sweating basically having a panic attack) he was so ignorant didn't care about me. I left and was so upset, I only wanted to buy a car, but because I was struggling with my mental health he wouldn't help me! The customer service was horrendous to say the least I DEFINITELY WON'T BE BUYING A CAR FROM available again!

   What an absolute joke. Booked an appointment to test drive a Tesla mode Y with them a couple of days prior. Upon arriving, the car can’t even move and there are multiple fault codes. Complete waste of my time on a Saturday morning…

   My wife and I had a really positive experience with available car. They valued our cars for us and offered us a decent amount towards doing a part exchange. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. We especially found Kamran to be particularly patient and helpful as we were trying to find our ideal family car. He took us for a number of test drives in different estates we were looking at and then explained us through the numbers. We had to go with our 1 year old and everyone seemed great with her and there was even a great play area to keep her entertained. Both my wife and I felt we had a really positive experience and we're much closer to buying the right family car. We would strongly recommend to anyone!

   A great place to buy your next car. The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. You can select your budget and wonder around hundreds of cars and try each one and then test drive them. They have great finance deals too. Highly recommended

   Lucas helped us out to test drive a vehicle. He gave us top notch quality customer service. Really welcoming and friendly, most of the staff are here. Love the work ethic of everyone. Site is great as well, plenty of cars to freely view and the waiting area is very comfortable and family friendly. But the 5 stars definitely goes to Lucas and his great customer service. Unfortunately we didn't end up going through with the deal as the car was prices on the high end compared to others like it on the market, but if Lucas had any power over the negotiation, I would've definitely completed the purchase

   Bought a car from Available Car in Castle Donington a couple of years ago. Returned a couple of times since, every time they are friendly and they always offer any help if needed without being too much in your face. Definitely recommend.
