   This is a brilliant little shop and my go-to of preference whenever I need to restock. There always seems to be different staff in there whenever I visit - no sure what that's about! - but all of them have been super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever I go in. They offer good discount if you buy in quantity and if you get you details saved on their system, they will also offer further money off when you've saved enough points. Absolutely love this place :-)

   Bought 2x Oxva VPrime units; after 3mth, one pod wouldn't charge let alone start up/close down. We were told there must've been a power surge. We didn't have one but we bought another unit anyway. This unit doesn't switch on/off after 5 button presses. The up button for wattage control doesn't work at all; the charging light flashes instead of being a solid light; in the shop I was told it had been dropped onto a hard surface (it hasn't EVER been dropped) and that the fire button is stuck in (it isn't) and I would have to buy another unit even though it's under warranty. No help whatsoever in the shop and everything seems to be the owner's fault and nothing to do with faulty equipment that is being sold. We're not made of money and cannot continue to keep buying units everytime there is an issue. The shop's customer service is poor (for me and my wife) and we won't be returning after two separate accusations as to why the unit(s) didn't work. I've a video of the unit and the problems it has as photos do not show the extent of the problems.

   Shay was absolutely amazing. I went in looking for pods, and usually I just get given the same ones, but when Shay asked me which resistance, I wasn't sure. So they explained the differences, and even encouraged me to get a pack of my usual 0.8Ω and a pack of 0.6Ω, to do "science". I also was there looking for some CBD gummies, and Shay has introduced me to a new brand, of which I now have high hopes. I really appreciate all the amazing brilliant help Shay gave me, I hope they're there all the time with Heather. They are a great duo, and made the experience funny yet informative.
