   i will not be going back to this salon they made my nails very blocky and chunky can’t even do a design right had to change the person doing my nail 3 times, made me bleed when cutting my cuticle said that the design looked similar so it was fine but it looks nothing like the photo i showed them. but overall very nice people in the shop very kind but im not happy with the result of my nails at all but felt to rude to say anything

   When it came to the actual colour application the colour I asked for wasn’t painted after I asked around 4 times (luckily the end nails turned out fine). The nails weren’t the problem, it was the service, I kept being told to relax when the man was filing my actual finger rather than the nail, be careful and don’t move like I was a child. The person doing my nails also tutted and rolled their eyes at me and didn’t have any manners at all. I didn’t say anything at the time as the shop was busy so I didn’t want to make a scene but I really didn’t appreciate how I was treated, it did not make me feel good.

   I used to like this place but the last few times I've been have been really bad. The second last time I went, when they filed the sides of my nails, they filed the skin and made two of my fingers bleed and the last time I went, the acrylic was added too close to my cuticle so when it grew out my skin was stretched and bled. It's gotten more busy than before but they have no idea how to make sure people get seen in the order they arrive, a few people there had to say to the staff that they had arrived before the person they had just invited up to get their nails done. One girl said she had been waiting almost an hour and that someone had jumped in front of her and when she said that to the nail technician they didn't do anything. Sadly I won't be going back.

   They are perfect. Their work is so neat and accurate. I recommend to go during the week as they are more quiet and can spend a little bit more time on your nails specially if you want designs on your nails.
