Guyssss… this place gave me ring of fire damage on my natural nails after I had my nails done by them and then I got them Taken off. (I have a dent in my natural nails from the nails I had done here.) I don’t suggest you go to this place unless you want damage nail beds
Very dirty establishment , furniture look very worn out also sockets are covered with some sort of duck tape ;( I made my appointment for 12.30 and I was seen 15 min later( which is not terrible but not perfect when you are busy with other things you are obliged to fo Later on ) as they were taking too many walk ins and were behind schedule, during my visit I was seen by three different staff which I wasn’t big fan of tbh , one of ladies when taking off my nails damaged badly my nail ( it was quite sore ) without actually checking first if my nails were ok ( but it could be my fault as I should tell them I broke my nails ) however I think they should check condition before proceeding with treatment in first place ,my gel nails were ok but not worth £32 , good tip please make sure if you take bookings you stick to one technician not multiple different ones as it’s not professional, I am too shy person to ever argue or make comments during my visit and it might be something I need to change , won’t be coming back due to hygiene cleanliness of premise and being seen by different staff. Sorry for negative comment, but needs to be done to warn other people
Got infills that took too long. My previous technician takes an hour maximum to do my infill. I was here for a good 2 and half hours but still ended up with bumpy and uneven nails. After I chose my design, the guy tried to convince me to change to full red. What annoyed me the most was when he looked so shocked that I took back my £4 change. I paid you for the service. Tips are voluntary and you should not expect it to the point you tell your colleague about it in your language so you can both laugh. Will not be going back. More focused on quantity than quality. Do better
I think generally they do a good job. They've improved the thickness of the nails and they look quite natural now! I also like the introduction of getting 5% off if you bring in cash and get 10 pounds off if you fill your stamp card. I think the service was good last time I went - there was an issue with 1 nail and I wasn't happy with the design and they fixed it for free. They are however very busy all the time and could improve on cuticle care (the filing isn't always great). Good stuff.
I've been here before. Keep coming back because they have a very good standard of work. It's busy because it's popular, which means some wait time. But it's worth the wait.

They know their onions. Was a bit irked at the time though - their website said 1 hr 30mins. I arrived in time, was delayed for over 15 minutes and the service took over 2hr 15mins, maybe because not one person attends to customers from start to finish. Different persons did different stages of the nail work. But my nails and those of the other guests I saw there were definitely popping at the end. And their prices are pretty pretty fair. I'd recommend them, but on days they're very booked, give your schedule a bit of time gap.
literally the worst experience in a nail salon. I went in for a plain set of acrylics and left 3 hours later with three fingers bleeding and crooked nails, zero care and zero courtesy.
My acrylic nails lasted a whole month, would’ve probably lasted more if I didn’t went to get a new set. Best nails I had
