   Went in to get my nails done, they sat me down I showed a picture of what I wanted. they kept switching people over so they didn’t know what I actually wanted. The women cut my nails shorter than I wanted them and made them squint I bought this up with the man and he told me they were fine but it is not what I wanted they were very rough when shaping my nails especially cuz they had cut them so short the man had to push down on my skin , he then started painting them and I mentioned that I wanted designs he got up while he was doing them and got another person to do them. I walked out the shop unhappy with my nails and them looking nothing like I wanted. For what your paying your not even getting what you want I wouldn’t recommend.

   Would not recommend this place whatsoever. The staff were incredibly rude, huffing and laughing at me when I said the design didn’t match the picture. They asked if I was okay with the length but had already cut the nails. The man laughed at me when I asked him to do the line work down to the cuticle (like the reference photo) and rudely said “check the others”. The man shouted at me when I told him what colours I would like saying they couldn’t do gold instead of silver (showed them a reference pic) but later brought out gold when I asked again and got annoyed when he tested one finger and I said the silver was better. Overall it was an awful experience and I would not recommend to anyone. I usually go to Artist Nail on George Street but thought I’d try this place as it was a little cheaper. Definitely not even worth the price though.

   I have been going here since November 2022 & go every 3/4 weeks, lovely staff and always recommend when new set of nails needed to avoid damage to my natural nails (I get acrylic). Always get exactly what I ask for & beautiful each time! 100% recommend going, sometimes there is a bit of a queue at busy periods but worth the wait! Thank you x

   Staff are really friendly, professional and ensure the finish is perfect before you leave. I have visited on 5 occasions now and will definitely return. Amazing selection of colours and styles to choose from.

   Extremally unhappy with this place! AVIOD AT ALL COST!! Asked for gel nails and all I got was painted and lacquered. Another lady came in asked for gel extensions and got tips glued on! So unpleasant inside, really bad smell. Price list says that they charge £28 and they charged me £30. It’s not about the £2 but about the dishonesty to their clients. Again charged me for gel nails but painted & lacquered my own nails!!! AVIOID AT ALL COSTS.
