   My family use this shop on an amost daily basis. I unfortunately had an experience recently whereby I was supposed to collect a parcel, which I'd had an email to say was at the store. However it was not there. Fortunately I have family members who explained to me that this was likely not the fault of the store, but the courier company. As soon as I called again today my parcel had arrived. But unfortunately some people may not understand the process and blame the store. I chat to the staff there and they are always friendly and helpful, even offering end of date goods for free at times, which could be a godsend to some local people.

   I had a disappointing experience with the staff today. The service was unprofessional and unhelpful — I didn’t feel welcomed or respected as a customer. There was a clear lack of communication and courtesy, which made the entire interaction frustrating. I hope management addresses this to improve future customer service.

   I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. When I attempted to pick up my parcel, they initially refused to it to me a valid reason. I returned to the store with all the necessary documentation, they still refused to hand over the package. This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

   Poor social distancing, no limit on how many customers in such a confined space, a customer was encouraged to come forward to pay before previous customer had moved away from counter, and left with no choice but to stand arm to arm with previous customer while they put their items away in bag, so that the queue of customers could be reduced quicker, deems lottery to be unnecessary item in these times, (if you deem it so, then dont allow the sale )but still sold it, but if you're buying it alongside a packet of crisps its ok, and feels its ok for him to tell a customer that they shouldn't be out, because they have breathing difficulties, the person had been in total isolation, has come out for exercise, and decided to get lotto,was nervous as it was and he was rude enough to upset her, disgusting attitude from the manager.

   Love this shop been using it for years. It's got most of ya daily living items stocks alcohol tobacco and has lottery there at xmas theres a raffle and well priced Lovely staff always friendly and helpful
