    Returning an evri parcel. First time I had used the printing service with pre pay done online. I got to the till to get receipt and the staff member suddenly said there is a £5 charge. I asked a couple of times, I was confused and said I paid online. He then back tracked and said only joking. It felt very sinister. I clearly wasn’t sure of the whole print in the shop process and I think I was almost scammed. I was going to send my elderly mother to return the parcel and am now so glad I didn’t as she would have paid without a thought. A warning to others that may be vulnerable to this.
