   The guy here absolutely 0 customer service skills, he talks to people like trash when dropping off parcels or picking them up. In his own world and overall a rude individual. This is fairly close to me but will avoid it just because the dude cant speak to people properly. Mad weird, if youre going to sign up for every single delivery service, be nice to people. Also your packages are left in the middle of the store, not very safe.

   I go here very often and this shop is great. But I do think that the "3 pound to pay with card" rule isn't good and the guy that works there could be nicer to customers. They have kids working at the till which isn't professional at all. I use this shop for my Vinted parcels and collecting parcels too. Great selection of snacks and drinks especially for a small shop.

   Good general convenience store. Clean. Good selection of goods. Good for picking up essentials for a quick visit. Friendly staff. They have an area around the front of the store for off-road parking, which can accommodate 3-4 cars. If full, you can park on the road by the store. This is a popular shop and is usually busy. However, service is reasonably quick.

   really wouldn't recommend this shop, it is an accident waiting to happen, the floor is covered in boxes and parcels, it is in no way suitable for wheelchairs/scooters. Went in there Tuesday and a lovely old lady was speaking to the white grey haired worker and the worker was so blunt to this old women (who clearly just wanted a chat) and when the old lady left the worker said to me ‘ugh sorry about that’ ! they constantly have CHILDREN serving on the till aswell who have no clue what they're doing. i have also witnessed them not ID’ing children who were clearly underage for vapes and alcohol. really wouldn’t recommend. i also went in there the other day and was at the till for about 5 mins (just me alone in the shop i couldve just walked out without paying!) the man had came out after 5 and then went out the back again for another few mins.

   I once had a collection from this store, I had to go back two or three times before he would release the package. I even got the company on the phone, he didn't believe that the call was genuine, so they offered to call the store. They basically told him what to do, he was more concerned about making sure he gets his cut rather than looking after the customer. He's generally quite miserable and unwelcoming, my partner who also uses the store reluctantly for parcel services thinks the same. He doesn't deserve the extra business it's designed to bring people in for. I'll never shop there,nor will I have anything delivered there for collection, massive inconvenience!

   My experience instore is that the owners are not interested in click and collect or if your returning something they want anyone thats paying first. They are impatient too also ive seen on a review that its cheap for beer but it really isnt pricing is very hard to find out as not clear and there is not a gteat selection on anything they sell oh except the news papers lol

   Do not use this shop for click and collect! Very rude on two occasions now! Parcel delivered to shop but Shopkeeper saying not received! Kept dealing with "paying customers" just ignores you! He has marked both of my parcels as collected! Only received 1
