Had my daughters party at Play Shack yesterday, couldnβt recommend play shack enough. Food was lovely and there a good variety. Allergies were dealt with efficiently and professionally, meaning all children had food they could eat. Party host was fantastic, engaged with all the children and make the party girl feel special. Was also very professional when speaking with us as parents. We come to play shack quite a lot as itβs the best play centre in Southampton! We wouldnβt visit anywhere else as the staff are all so friendly and accommodating for any needs.

Quite disappointed with my visit mainly due to staff. Lady with black hair the supervisor got in a huff when I wouldn't give her my phone number. And made me read all the terms and conditions before I was allowed entry. All the staff had their lunch break at the same time so people were waiting quite a while to get a coffee/lunch. I paid entry, bought a coffee and a kids meal. I still got penalised for giving my 1 1/2 grand daughter cheese (she had had a massive breakfast) to be told I'm not allowed to bring food in. I was told they need to know because of allergy and they sold cheese strings (llastic cheese). ????? I was going to give my granddaughter cheese and the beans from my grandsons meal. Spent nearly Β£20. there was no need for the supervisor to be so unfriendly. There was only about 10 kids in there, and after speaking to a few other mums they have said its not a very friendly place. Take your staff to jumpin jaxs in sholing everyone is super friendly. And if they don't want to be friendly get another job as your not really promoting a lovely business.

Son loved it. Pleasant enough place big structure he really loved the big white slide it was so fast he came flying out the bottom it was awesome he said. Little structure for the tots which looked very nice. Food was lovely although my brother was disappointed he didn't get his dip with he southern fried chicken but he said it tasted good and the curry was very nice I had the Cajun chicken wrap also very nice. If you don't want nachos though it is Β£2to change to fries. The play structure had to be closed at one point because there was a messy incident but I was very impressed by how quickly all the staff jumped in there and cleaned the whole structure including the slides so I give them 5 for that alone. Ordering food from the qr didn't work for us and had to go up to the counter but they were very friendly. Didn't realise I had to make an account with them for the first time visiting but that wasn't an issue just name number email. Toilets were clean. Will return.

We have our daughters 2nd birthday party today at Play Shack and couldnβt fault it! Such welcoming staff, a great help and amazing with the kids with allergies! Special thank you to Jess and Sam who made Gabriellaβs day more special and ensured everything ran smoothly :) everyone had a fab time and nothing was too much trouble! We love play shack and it really was a stress free party experience that as a parent was an absolute godsend! Thank you so much once again! Iβd highly recommend a party at play shack :)

Kids loved it, but the service given to parents was shocking. Some, not all, of the staff, obviously didn't want to be there and it showed when your questions about drinks are treated as if you've just accused them of something.

It's good for little ones in that they have an under 3 area. The slide is a bit to long to let my 1 year old go down alone. They have good food. Just a bit to far for us to travel so will be an occasion visit.

We loved it here! There's a bit for smaller ones with sensory and soft play and areas to climb with them and a slide for babies aswell as the larger area for the bigger kids.. they serve food up until 4.30pm and it looked nice however we didn't have any.. also serve Costa coffee but the basic stuff. Id 100percent recommend this to anyone with children and babies! Lots of parking available too.
