   Quite poor customer service especially from the man non stop talking over the phone whilst serving customers. Parcels chucked in one corner of the shop, to collect this man asks you to find your parcel yourself and then bring it to him so he can scan it, whilst he is behind the till talking over the phone. Surely that’s not right especially considering people’s personal data being displayed like that…

   this is the 2nd time i have been in the shop to return a parcel to Amazon, and this is the last, the man behind the counter in his parker coat with the hood up talking on the phone to someone on speaker not in English continued his conversation for the duration of my visit to the shop, he never once spoke to me, just pointed at the Hermes machine, he pressed a few buttons, pointed at the scanner for me to scan the code on my phone and then pointed at the label it had just produced and then pointed at my parcel, shoved a tablet in my face to type my name and to sign and then picked his phone up and continued to talk. All in All, a dreadful experience and I wonder why anyone would give this ignorant man their business, I most defiantly will not and in future I will travel to send my parcels back. MANNERS COST NOTHING, and might bring custom in return

   3-4 weeks ago I started picking up my Sunday Telegraph newspaper from here as it is one of the local newsagents that opens the earliest at the weekend. 2 weeks ago I was told by the man in the shop to get my paper from elsewhere because "it's meant for someone else". If a paper is on the rack and available for sale, then why can't I have it? You can rest assured I will not be visiting this shop again.
