Great shop for picking up essentials and small shops when you don't want to go into a big supermarket.
Quite a good local shop to buy your things from. Quite a big variety but some prices a quite big. overall quite a solid place to get some American sweets there that you can’t get from anywhere else. There are lots of prime flavours but and other drinks there. There is a lot of variety of chocolates/sweets etc.
workers aernt social so friendliness is 3 star , prices are realy expensive prices are 1 star ,parking is 3.5 star,bike parking is 4.5 star,stock variety is 3 star.
Awful. Was told off quite sharply for walking on floor in an are designated ' caution wet floor'. I pointed out that I was being cautious but apparently I'm supposed to be a mind reader and not walk on the wet floor at all. Very rude assistant. My first time using metro and won't be going again. Suggest you run courses on customer service.
Staff are always friendly, good range of product's.
First time in nearly a decade since I've been kilburn, needed milk like everyone does and I was so happy and delighted when I walked in to metro stores to find the staff were really friendly and approachable. The whole shop was perfectly lit and clean. There was no clutter on the floor ,time and effort has been put into the running of the shop and it shows. Realistic pricing and some good deals to be found.
