Brilliant place we go there all the time. Facilities are great. Food and drinks in the cafe are very nice. Wears out the kids! Also soft play for younger ones. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! There is something for all ages — a stunt zone, a tumble track, a drop slide, a large soft play and an inflatable obstacle course. All great fun! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent with plenty of hot options and tasty snacks to choose from. Plus, the free parking right outside the arena made the whole visit super easy.

We had a brilliant time today, children 3 and 5. We went for an hour which was plenty of time to enjoy everything, staff were super helpful and friendly too. Free parking outside, lockers were £2 to hire and could pay via card. Fab time and will be back soon for sure!

I’m very disappointed. My daughter had her birthday yesterday, and we came with her friend straight after school to celebrate. We drove from Bournemouth in the rain and traffic for almost two hours, hoping to have a nice time. The kids were hungry after school and had been promised pizza. When we arrived, we were told they stopped serving food at 5 p.m., even though it was only 5:20. There was a clear sign saying that food is served until 6:30 p.m., but the man said they had birthday groups and couldn’t make any more pizzas. He only offered crisps instead. Our session was still an hour away from finishing, and the children were really disappointed. After driving back again in the rain and traffic, they finally ate at McDonald’s after 8 p.m. That’s not how a birthday should end. There was no information anywhere that food service would stop at 5 p.m. — really unfair and frustrating experience.

Had my daughters birthday party there recently. Part of the deal was pizzas for the guests. The pizza the kids were given were burned. They were black at the bottom. I wonder how they even thought that was acceptable to serve. 3 out of 4 women's toilets were out of order. Not sure I would like to have another kids party there again,

The trampolining arena was good, and the children really enjoyed themselves. However, I was disappointed with the cafe. You can't bring your own food and the cafe was busy catering to parties, so we were not able to order any hot food! There was also a general lack of staff to help. So my boys ended up going home miserable after what could have been a lovely afternoon.

First visit here. Good Points. . Love the wall art . Large facility with plenty of tramps to use . Reception staff were friendly and informative Bad Points. . Cost was a little more than it was worth . Fee for spectating of £2.50 which includes a drink in the cafe, however, limited space for any viewing. . Apart from the Great Wall art, it all felt a little tired and there was a bit of a Covid hangover with hand gel signs but no dispensers and markings for social distance that was no longer relevant . One member of the young staff seemed to be on a bit of a power trip and seemed to take particular satisfaction from barking at small children for minor infractions. In summary. My 3 year old grandson enjoyed the hour we were there although he spent almost the entire time running around rather than bouncing. My 10 year old son was frustrated by inaccessibility of some of the parts of the tramp area due to queueing. As a parent and grandparent, I didn’t feel particularly welcome and many of the staff were sullen and uninterested. Would love to have seen a bit more enthusiasm from those supervising the tramp area, maybe a bit of interaction with the kids. It is out of my usual area so it would take a lot to bring me back. However, not an entirely negative experience but, as my teachers used to say, could do better.

Just run down. At reception was a sign to say two of the facilities weren’t working and then the children reported there were more things not working once they got inside. They left before their time was up - bored. 1 toilet out of 4 working in the ladies. The only thing available to order from the kitchen was pizza - which was nice - but meant having to spend £8. All other equipment apparently not working so couldn’t make anything else. This place is run down and needs some investment. It was very busy so there are funds there to do so. Definitely won’t be returning.
