   I’ve been to this cigar lounge several times over the years and always appreciated its design and atmosphere. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, the owner initiated an unsolicited political conversation after learning we are from Israel. Despite my polite and calm approach, he expressed openly pro-terror views and eventually asked us to leave, saying we were not welcome. We simply came to enjoy a quiet cigar, not a political argument. Extremely disappointing experience.

   By chance I stumbled upon this cigar lounge via google, I was just looking for a local shop that sells cigars. So this morning I thought id pop in and check it out and what an amazing experience it turned out to be! I only wish I had discovered it sooner! I was shown into the walk in humidor that they have and there is an array of cuban cigars for all tastes. A massive selection to choose from, With a little help from the lovely lady that assisted me I made my choices and sat down to light up. There is a selection of lighters and cutters lay out on the tables which is nice. The whole experience was first class, it's a lovely relaxing environment to sit and enjoy a cigar. The lady assisting me was lovely, She made me a coffee and even sat down and had a chat. A wonderful place that I will definitely be returning to.

   Great location, the sampling room is really comfortable with wingback style chairs, the humidor is well kept and well stocked. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Had a really good chilled out afternoon, will go back again soon.

   Fantastic cigar lounge tucked away in Derby. Large walk in humidor with huge array of Havana Cigars and helpful staff. Lounge area in which to sit has a relaxed atmosphere, comfy leather chairs and we were offered drinks during our visit. Spent a good couple of hours there.

   Fantastic cigar shop and lounge. A brilliant place to while away an hour with the cigar you’ve purchased. No booking required, just pop along. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, as well as complimentary tea or coffee, to go with your cigar. The selection available is excellent, all the main brands are represented, as well as a good selection of very special limited edition cigars. The Partagas No: 3 Maduro I chose was perfectly conditioned and presented. The lounge had everything I needed to enjoy smoking it. I will certainly be back!

   Fantastic place with great atmosphere. Have purchased from these guys a couple of times in the past, sat in the lounge and smoked a cigar I had purchased for the first time yesterday. Absolutely fantastic experience, friendly staff and comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Anyone saying there is anything untoward going on here clearly has never been inside. Just a traditional, old school lounge selling a genuine, high quality range of cigars at an affordable price!

   Went here for first time with my mate we absolutely loved it very laid back place to unwind. Good knowledge of cigars.being a novice smoker I was pointed in the direction of a hoyo de monterey epicure no2 and it did not disappoint needless to say I will be returning quite a lot in the near future. Massive Thanks to the cigar lounge keep up the good work
