Had a positive experience with the Ultrasound department ran by Cora Health. Nice staff and very understanding of my nervousness.
Visited dermatology department. Parking was free with numberplate entry on arrival. Nice bright and clean entrance hall. Friendly staff. I was seen quickly. A very pleasant visit. Didn't use the cafe.
Visited the Minor Injuries Unit at Townlands in Henley with Achilles Tendinopathy at 9:50am on the Tuesday after a Bank Holiday. Reception staff were very helpful. After filling in a short form with my symptoms, I was seen within 25 minutes by Kathy, who was an exceptional nurse. She gave my Achilles a thorough examination, asked lots of helpful questions and then set me up with crutches, pain relief, exercises, and a clear timeline for my recovery. The building itself is fantastic and it’s some of the best care I’ve received as a patient. Feels like being a private patient. The cafe is excellent too for any carers visiting with patients. 10/10
I have visited many minor injuries, unfortunately. BUT I have never experienced such amazing care and kindest from all the staff. Both reception ladies was lovely, short wait time and then the best of all, nurse Kathy, what a legend. So kind, so helpful and sorted my problem . I am so so grateful for Kathy's treatment. Thank you all, thank you thank you for saving the day
Just witnessed some shocking behaviour of the front desk worker. She was very high rate towards a ambulance worker. I think she needs re-training or to be given the boot. How rude of her, she is in no position to be like this. Disgusted
An extremely well managed and well organised hospital that is conveniently situated in one corner of the town. There’s smoke free parking. The staffs are very helpful and facilities are excellent.

Quick visit today. Although a 1hour and 15min wait. We did just get into xray. All done in under 2 hours. Receptionist was really loverly she tended to all the elderly patients who got themselves into a confuzle. Polite and wonderful people including nurses and xray team. Thank you
2 visits to Small Injuries unit. Waiting times were 5m and 90 minutes. Can't complain. Both nurses were caring, knowledgeable and professional and a credit to the NHS. So close too!
Didn't know this hospital existed until somebody told me, On arrival my daughter parked in the Hospital car park,free of charge. Our wait was Less than one hour,the staff were polite and helpful,the doctor explained in full what the problem was,the X Ray department staff were speedy and helpful. I consider my treatment very positive and less stressful than I imagined. My compliments to all.
