She was so easy and lovely to talk to and also gave me more knowledge about vapes overall that as long as my memory doesn’t fail me I will keep in mind always haha. First visit yesterday 1/4/23. Jake was fantastic, friendly & very informative. Recommended some new e-liquid that tbh is probably the best I’ve vaped. Advised me on my device, how to maintain it, new products without any hard sell & even took time to clean out some filth inside the chambers. Nothing was too much trouble, and I hope he is valued well by the employers. Absolutely recommend this shop & will be returning
Tom is an absolute legend!!! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, always entertaining! To be fair, all the guys in here are great and know their stuff! Just had a great experience at 11:20 on the 9th of November. A lovely gentleman guided me through the process of buying my first vape and recommending easy options for me to cut down on smoking in terms of strength of the liquid and type of vape I should use. He explained everything and showed me how to care for and take apart my newly bought vape, explaining the warranty at the end, too. Would highly recommend others go here if they're anxious about vapes; they're really not that scary, especially compared to cigarettes!!
Very bad customer services I would not recommend going there yeah I went for a vape pay for my car parking went back to my car the box was empty went back to the shop after paying for my car park had to pay again go and collect the goods properly and then went back today they wouldn't do a refund as bits was missing and it didn't come in a proper package and the guy why only give me a 699 refund wene it was 10.97 so I would not recommend going there yeah I will try somewhere else the guy seemed to do not want to listen to you
