   Went in the shop the other day to purchase liquid and wasted my money ended up being sold Liquids with Best Before dates of 2024 and 2 of them being 2023 which tasted extremely harsh when I went to vape them, when trying to return them the lady refused to refund or exchange even though I asked her to pickup another one and she saw herself the bottle was 2 years past due and she said she doesn't know anything about vaping so she cant help me. I explained she sold me the liquids past the best before date and she said so what, Absolutely terrible

   Shocking never buy off these people I bought a vape v2 battery I took it back to Arnold branch the old lady in there refused to give me my money back Although I had the receipt she refused she is not a nice person I have now reported them to trading standards hope they investigate this shop as they are selling faulty goods n refusing to give ur money back even if u have the receipt stay way from his shop it bad news

   Good place. nice friendly staff. Hundreds of liquids. Many types of e cigs. They have some amazing offers if you follow them on Facebook ie: smok alien full kit 20 pounds, normally about 60 to 80 pounds. Down side, they do not stock all glasses for the atomisers they sell.

   Purchased a battery two weeks before xmas and the threads have gone resulting in no way to charge it. Even though essential to leave your details when you buy a battery. No log. No exchange. Very dissapointing
