   Love this soft play. Staff are always great, food is always lovely and hot, and there’s plenty for all ages of children to play with. I bring mindees and my grandson and always have a great time. It’s always lovely and clean when we arrive. Unfortunately some people don’t know how to clean up after themselves, and leave the floor absolutely disgusting, but the staff are always so quick to sort it and get it back to how it should be. I come in with a group of childminders and we always leave with happy happy children.

   I am a childminder and go here at least once a week. It is absolutely amazing for children . The food is delicious , try the baked pots they are delicious , the staff can’t do enough and the children love it . My children are super fussy and also have children with allergies ,the staff will help in anyway they can so that the children have what they want to eat. The coffee is just the what we need to perk us up . The ambience is fab . It is super clean and safe and just the best place to take your children . Absolutely recommend it ❤️

   Went last month and probably won’t be returning. Used to be quite a good soft play but now looks dated and old. Toys are always dirty and nothing looks like it’s been cleaned. Half the toys don’t work of have batteries which is a shame as the infant section needs to have more toys that are interactive that the kids can play with. The coffee is horrible and staff just sat on the chairs in the back talking not even bothered. For the price you pay it’s definitely not worth it in my opinion.

   Used to take my oldest grandson and it was great now it’s time to take my youngest grandson it was COLD. So after 5 mins we decided to leave, told the desk it was way to cold and they would not give a refund and said “everybody else is ok” Went to Bezerk straight after, heating on. Much more comfortable to sit in. Deffo won’t return

   Went on a Monday, place was clean. They’ve added new toys for the children which was nice. Kept my little one busy. However, there was only 1 staff working that morning. She was managing the doors, tills, cooking the food, taking food to the tables, taking orders etc. this meant that a lot of the times people were waiting around just to be served, food would then take a long time to come. Everything on the menu wasn’t always available. They need more staff, poor woman was rushed off her feet today. X

   We went for the Christmas market in the evening on the Saturday. Was absolutely shocking. Meant to be able to post a letter to Santa.. there was nothing there for you to do your letter. Meant to be able to make your own reindeer food to take home - there was 3 children sat at the table hogging the whole thing so other children couldn’t even have a go. The same for the decorate your own biscuits. The same 3 children sat touching all the biscuits and icing etc! There was a child watching over the younger children which I thought was wrong. No adult in site near the table to make sure it was done fairly for other children. The Santa, well he said about 2 words to the kids and then just sat there. Could tell by his mood he didn’t want to even have photos with the kids. Was absolutely shocking. £10 per child to just basically play. Won’t be going again, absolute waste of money.

   My 6 year old had a traditional birthday party here. It's very well priced compared to the competition. We had use of the room which is still fairly close to play area. Kids went back onto play area once they had eaten. My cake that I provided was full of cream and not ideal for a party bag. Staff helped pop around 20 slices onto plates for the kids n parents to enjoy.

   Had our children's party here and was really good. Very cheap and staff couldn't do enough to help and are always friendly. We have been a few times in the holidays and the prices are so good with meal deals. Also loyalty cards available.
