   From start to finish, the customer care and support I received throughout the entire process were absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, Jane was fantastic during my enquiry stage, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable and informed before proceeding. As this was my first house purchase, I naturally had a lot of questions but Emma was incredible. She took the time to clearly explain every stage, the terminology, the documentation involved, and what to expect next. She was always one step ahead, providing helpful reminders about additional considerations such as my will and property insurance, which I really appreciated. Emma also supported me through a couple of challenges with land rights/access and the mortgage lender’s requirements, continuing to investigate and answer my questions until I was completely satisfied. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Emma and her team were consistently professional, approachable and supportive throughout. Towards the end of the process, Emma needed a couple of days of sick leave, but her colleague Lee stepped in seamlessly and was just as helpful and supportive, ensuring everything continued without delay. Communication was excellent throughout. Everyone was punctual, proactive and on top of things.    Excellent experience - I’m so pleased we picked Emma and the team at Franklins to handle our house purchase. It wasn’t the easiest, with a very slow chain to manage, but their professional advice, methodical manner and attention to detail reassured us when in doubt. We were supported every step of the way. There were times when communication lapsed and we had to chase for an answer, I believe workload has been heavy so the team might want to consider reviewing resource but other than that we can’t fault them. Highly recommend.

   Recently instructed Franklins to carry out conveyancing work on a house sale based on a competitive quote. There has been zero communication since completing all of the required paperwork and with an offer accepted on the property, I have been keen to get things going. It has been almost 3 weeks since reaching out and I have been getting nowhere with Franklins. They were very quick to give you a quote and set you up on their system, but their actual conveyancing service is anything but fast or attentive. I would recommend avoiding if you want a smooth and stress-free house purchase or sale.

   Sold an empty flat at Christmas to a person in rented and sale still hasn't completed. Zero updates on how things are progressing and ignore direct questions. I asked for dates 3 werks ago and no response. The only time you hear from them is when they want a bill paying. Seriously considering going to the Legal Ombudsman over their appalling service... Update on my previous review, due to Franklin's taking so long my buyers mortgage offer expired and they decided that they did not want to get the offer extended and have pulled out, and no longer want to buy at all. Its been 5 days since the sale fell through and nobody from Franklin's has contacted me yet to say the sale is not proceeding, the estate agent notified me. If you wish to sell your property I suggest you do not use Franklin's, in my experience you can believe every 1 star review because they accurately describe my experience of dealing with Franklin's. Luckily my agent sold my property in 2 days , needless to say I will not be using them for this sale. I would not use them again if their services came for free. ....7 days, no contact.
