I felt like I was in safe hands with Vanessa. She conducts herself with dignity and integrity. She didn't allow the situation to phase her, she stood firm in the face of the challenges that where thrown her way from the sale/transfer of equity side of the sale/purchase. Her conduct was clear ,consistent and also reassuring. Her communication with myself and the developer was smooth and again consistent. Fantastic service. Everyone I spoke to were kind, helpful & prompt in their responses to emails. Its good you have a dedicated person that manages your case, but if they are off/away you can speak to someone else easily. Everything felt secure too. House moving is stressful, but the solicitors helped reduce this stress a lot. 100% recommend!
