   Only giving two stars because our sale was completed with no issues. If I could leave a zero star rating for Adlams in relation to our purchase I would. Used Adlams because they were recommended. However had we taken the time to research properly we probably wouldn't have used. Written commincation was very unprofessional and came across, rude and patronising. We appreciate that in todays world there is a lot of email communication but sometimes well thought out and informative emails could save a lot of time and queries. I was also shocked when Deborah took the time on more than one occasion to tell us how busy she was and that is why she couldn't do something - this gave the impression that we were nothing more than a nuisance to her. Quite honestly, in the time it took to tell us this she probably could have actioned what was needed. I am sure starting a new email thread each time did not help either as we were constantly having to refer back to find bits of information! Also, and perhaps most disappointingly and frustrating of all, we had a mortgage offer declined simply because information had not been passed to the lender in time. We were hoping to port our existing mortgage across and not borrow any more than the existing mortgage so it should have been very straight forward. However Deborah did not respond within the time frames specified by the lender. This cost us our early repayment charge of 1% of our mortgage. Quite frankly this was unacceptable. Considering whether to raise with the financial ombudsman. There was no empathy or understanding from Deborah. Almost like everything was everyone elses fault. Would not recommend and would not use again.

   Very poor service. Failed to respond to call back request. Eventually told that they do not do Shared Ownership property, yet it is listed on their website. Would not recommend them.

   STAY AWAY!! I don't generally write reviews however after my dealing with Debora Coombs I’m shocked. Extremely unprofessional, very rude to the point of almost bulling her clients. She will hang up on you and will not cooperate with anyone. She Works within her own time limits with a “I’m better than anyone else and know everything” attitude. very shocking!

   Just spoke to someone very rude on the phone, she was clearly not interested into understanding my situation and hang up on me. Do not recommend, if I could I would put a 0 star as this is the worst exchange I have ever had so far with a law firm.

   I didn’t know there was two sites, as I called a huntingdon number I would not think there was another site, so they should’ve stated which site to attend as I went to wrong one. Then once there I found the solicitor quite rude. Was cash only and said to me “well go to the bank”. So quite a rude encounter

   All i can say is based on other firms i have used in the area these came up on top! Almost flawless! Our house sale went through within 3months!! Kept us up to date on everything and their estimate for the bill was pretty much bang on! Will use this guys over and over for whenever i need them. Thanks Adlams
