It was my first time visiting the dentist on 3/12. The hygienist was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She did a great job! My only suggestion would be for the receptionist to be a bit more friendly. She didn’t seem happy to be there. Thanks
I arrived for the first time today to be greeted by a very efficient young lady, in a very clean, attractive and contemporary work place. The dentist , Maryam, was excellent and as a nervous patient I felt very reassured by her attentive, friendly and confident manner and I feel fine about returning in a couple of weeks for some treatment. All in all the best dentist experience ive ever had and NHS too.
All staff were friendly and attentive. Maryam (dentist) took the time to understand what I hoped to gain from treatment, offering clear and honest advice on short and long term options. I would highly recommend to anyone.
I honestly can’t recommend The Hartley Clinic enough. After really bad experiences with my previous two dentists, I was absolutely terrified to go anywhere else. I only went because I ended up with an infection in a broken tooth, but from the first phone call, they were so friendly, helpful, and reassuring. My dentist completely understands my fear and always puts me at ease. I’ve now had a couple of fillings done with no anxiety at all thanks to their caring approach. Every single person I’ve dealt with at the clinic has been fantastic — they’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist.
Having recently moved to the area, my wife and I had our first check-up today. Everything was excellent: from becoming a new patient, to arranging our first appointment to today, when we had our first check-ups. Our dentist was very approachable and gentle. We're very happy with our new dentist.
Lovely staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. The hydra facial is amazing and definitely recommended for fresh glowing skin.
I have used this clinic for lots of procedures from aesthetics and to dental work. Most Recent treatments Hydrafacial with Saskia and the other with Oli both treatments complement each other beautifully. This is one of the best Salons I have been to. Friendly , professional and knowlwdgable.
I was nervous about my root canal treatment but Dr Ricky Sharma and the whole team put me completely at my ease and the procedure was smooth and pain free. I would highly recommend the clinic.
Visiting the Hartley clinic is always a happy experience. Ailing & her team are professional, friendly & efficient. I am thrilled with the results of my Invisalign treatment & new bridge. I will continue to be customer and enjoy having other treatments, as Ailing assesses you honestly & helps you stay fresh looking but natural.
I've had treatment here since opening and can't recommend the team & their hygienist highly enough. My front implant and crowns look so natural. Always a relaxing visit. Ailing genuinely won't incur charges for unnecessary work. Amanda has a friendly, calm attitude and always finds an appointment to suit. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!! Kerry.
