   I signed up with Frankie to have 4 NeoGen Plasma treatments to help with my wrinkles and sun damage. After 3 of the recommended 4 treatments, I can already see a difference. My skin is tighter, texture is better, hyperpigmentation has improved and skin hydration is better. In addition to the NeoGen treatments I’ve have derma fillers in my lips done by the lovely Ioan and a little Botox in my marionette lines. I'm very pleased with the results so far of the NeoGen, lip fillers and Botox. Frankie is lovely and provides great service.

   I went to see Frankie at Crysallis after a recommendation from a colleague. I am in my late 20’s, but was struggling with dull skin, large pores, breakouts and fine lines. I sent a consultation request and Frankie came back straight away with her recommendations and encouraged me to come in for a consultation and initial treatment. Whilst there Frankie took her time to listen to my concerns and explain how some of my problems might be arising, including based on my current skincare routine. The skin mapping and ‘before’ pictures served as a good base. I then had a chemical peel treatment which was not invasive. Frankie sent me away this a new skin care routine made up mostly of her Crysallis skin care products including cleanser, toner and retinol. She sent me clear instructions on how to use the products and in just two weeks I noticed massive differences. Now 6 weeks on my skin is glowing and has really evened out. I don’t even feel the need to wear make up now! Frankie offers a bespoke service, and you really feel like she goes the extra mile to help you. It’s always a pleasure so go and see her in the clinic, and she truly is a skin genius.

   Great experience with Frankie as always! She's incredibly knowledgeable and talks you through loads of different options to address any areas of concerns. I had the Byonik red light therapy, and a VMAX HIFU ultrasound facial treatment for the first time recently. My skin looked brighter and more toned immediately. It was probably the best results i've had from a facial as felt like the results lasted unlike a normal facial. Will definitely go back for more!

   I had the cosmelan peel done with another clinic and was really struggling with it. I called Frankie at her clinic to ask for more products and for advice and she was incredibly helpful. She was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation despite not having had the treatment done with her.    Frankie treated some benign warty-type bumps on my face that I was becoming very self-conscious about, using short-wave diathermy. Gradually over the next few days, the bumps dried up and began 'flaking off', and nearly a week later have all but disappeared. Highly recommended by a very happy customer.
