   I am very disappointed with the conveyancing service I received from Neves Solicitors. From the very beginning, I was dealing with a trainee conveyancer, which led to poor communication throughout the process. Emails and phone calls were often ignored, making it extremely difficult to get any updates. The transfer has taken over 14 weeks and is still not completed, causing unnecessary stress and wasted time. For the level of service provided, the fees are certainly not competitive or justified. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I cannot recommend Neves Solicitors for conveyancing services.

   We used Neves to purchase our first house. Our main communication was with Jackie who was helpful and responsive. We were impressed with the service overall although we did have a few occasions with slow replies/updates. Once we were close to the end of the process the service was very good and very prompt action was taken. As first time buyers, we would’ve benefited from a bit more explanation, however we would still recommend Neves and we would use them again.
