Hugely disappointed with my experience. Whilst the lady on reception was utterly lovely, my solicitor was rude, arrogant and made me feel stupid for asking for more clarity/understanding. I will not be using them again.
Absolutely useless... A group of people who haven't a clue what they're doing. Serious lack of communication, take no responsibility or ownership for the situation they're paid to assist with & overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Dealt with Stephen Thomas and Barbara murgatroyd for the whole process. It was a complicated split chain but they were on top of everything from start to finish. Even with the delays caused by third parties. Had no end of issues caused by the solicitors of my buyers, but could always count on speedy replies and updates as to where we were and what needed to be done. All communication was clear and concise and aided to deal with issues quickly and effectively
