   Received an absolutely great service from Melita as part of Candice's team in the Northampton branch, getting my house sale through. Melita's response time to emails her general communication was very impressive. I was made fully confident from the first responses from Mel, I was now in safe hands and I could sit back relax knowing they would do everything they could to complete in time for the buyers requested date. From the moment the team took over my file the whole process was very fast and seamless. I cant recommend them enough, you will be in very safe hands. Thanks to Melita and the team!

   Franklins have completed multiple property sales simultaneously for me with precision and professionalism. Georgia is an amazing case handler, keeping me updated frequently on the progress throughout the process. The wider team of James and Mo also did an amazing job to step in at times to ensure there was never a breakdown in communication or progress at any time. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

   Absolutely brilliant service received from Manveen Kaur, she kept me up to date on all activities, always answered my e-mails either same day or one day later and never shied away from difficult challenges! I would not hesitate to recommend Franklins based on the service Manveen provided. I also believe that Franklins were exceptionally competitive in their pricing too, yes they are not the cheapest but we made that mistake in the past and being passed around from ‘the blue team to the yellow team to the green team’ for no one to respond for weeks or even have the decency to acknowledge your request is really not good value for money or good for your blood pressure! I never had to chase Manveen and that itself was priceless. If you are wanting a professional competent conveyancing service then use Franklins.

   I’ve recently completed with Franklins and had a fantastic experience. Claire in particular was excellent at keeping me up to date - not something to be taken fore granted. Throughout the process things were made clear and any time I had questions I was thoroughly supported. Lots of reassurance through was it a stressful and in this case emotive transaction. Next time I move home, I’ll absolutely be using Franklins again. Thank you!

   Absolutely shocking company. Making the chains journey more stressful. Denise definitely needs to be more proactive with her time management. They simply don't care and work in there own time regardless to deadlines. In a nut shell - They just done care. Definitely worth choosing a company who are way more proactive & efficient.

   Buying a house with Franklins Northampton was truly one of the worst professional experiences I have ever been a part of. Having been over the moon to buy my first house, I can say with every bone in my body, that this initial excitement exists no longer. Having to ring every other day to get scraps of information after emails weren't responded to, and then being told conflicting information each time (it appeared nobody had even a hint of idea about the progress of our conveyancing). I can appreciate that buying a home at the best of times is a stressful matter, however I can assure you that Franklins did not lift a finger to reassure us or give us the impression that the matter was in their hands. This was a truly painful experience.

   We used Franklins Solicitors to sell our home and, simultaneously, buy another. We were assigned Kris Raca as a conveyancer but almost exclusively dealt with Lauren Collins. Lauren made the move relatively stress-free. We were kept fully updated and they had no problem taking a phone call for any queries we had. We hit a couple of snags in the sale process but Lauren easily came up with solutions, testifying to her depth of knowledge in the area. I would highly recommend their conveyancing service.

   I have very recently moved and used this firm of solicitors for both selling and buying. I wasn't always happy with the way things were going but it transpired that little if any fault was down to Franklin's. Through the estate agent I was able to get contacts details of the other parties involved and when a hold up accured ask them to chase up their solicitors, so I am sure I know where fault lies. It transpired that it was not with Franklin's. The system of buying and selling property seems to be set in the dark ages and really needs looking at, but that doesn't have a place in this review. I was placed under exstree pressure due to a medical emergency involving my wife during the last week of the moving process and made quite a nuisance of myself with all the parties involved. During this time I was often in contact with a lady named Rebecca in Franklin's office. I wish to bring to the attention of all, especially her employer as her help was very much appreciated. She went the extra mile for us and I wish to thank her. Any firm is reliant on the quality of it's staff and this lady is an asset and I hope Franklin's appreciate her effort as much as I do. Thank you Rebecca.

   Denise was absolutely brilliant and I would definitely recommend them for anyone selling/buying a house. We had some issues with my buyer and Denise did everything she could to sort it out and to keep me updated. I really appreciate all the help and wouldn't think twice of using them again if I decide to move again.
