First time meeting Haris. Explained my symptoms - radiating pain in neck down to top left arm for several weeks. Had an initial 30 mins assessment and then returned for a 30 mins treatment. Used hands massage, followed by machine massage and then acupuncture (never had before but was willing to try this technique). Felt better within the next few hours - couldn't believe it. Haris is very professional, softly spoken with a calm aura. Always on time and keeps within the time constraints of appointments. Revisited for another session and given follow up exercises for future use. Would not hesitate to return should I get any further aches or pains.
I had few sessions with Ruchi Sagar, she is really great physio she helped me a lot to improve my muscles and make them note flexible and comfortable and my back pain was very strong and after few sessions my back pain become a lot better, I would high recommend Dr. Ruchi, she is perfect!
I went to Bahar for my Achilles pain. She was absolutely fantastic. Bahar treated my pain with exceptional experience and techniques to help me onto the road of recovery. I would highly recommend Bahar she is not only professional but also very kind and a lovely person who made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Bahar has excellent listening skills and identified my problem very quickly. She has a friendly and engaging style that puts patients at ease when they may be anxious. Her treatment plan and exercises were well explained and easy to follow. Would have no hesitation in recommending her services.
Great Physio, identified the issue after other physios had missed it, put together an achievable exercise plan alongside the treatment, and saw immediate improvement. Good job.
Physiotherapists Ken, Fainaretti and Blesson are all excellent. I've been going to them for a few months now and they're both professionals in deep tissue sports massage, which is helping me with my Cervicogenic Headaches! They are aware of the patient's specific requirements and provide excellent care. Angelin, the receptionist, is also quite pleasant, Highly recommended clinic.
Poorly organised, despite booking on their website, they claimed I booked with the wrong person but didn't explain why I could book that treatment if they couldn't do it so they just left it. Was asked if I had any particular issues, and then barely did anything towards solving it. Finished the hour session 15 minutes early. If I had booked for 30 minutes that would have cost me around £17. Then was told if I booked correctly, I would have gotten the treatment I needed.
Having had back issues on n off for over 40 years I came to empire physio. Absolutely fabulous physio. Has helped a great deal. I find this is the best physio I have had and all thanks to Blesson who was fantastic. Great communication, he explains everything and is very reassuring. Its great that you get video links too. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely brilliant. I originally visited for a physiotherapy appointment with Kenneth, the initial assessment, treatment and routine exercises were spot on and within hours started to feel better and resumed to my regular activities after a few weeks. Excellent service, very professional and with excellent treatment options. Also excellent with regards to Covid measures. I now go once a month for a sports deep tissue massage tailored to my needs. Highly recommend Empire Physiotherapy, very competent and excellent service.
