   I have recently started visiting Claire at One Physio from a referral with my private healthcare and she’s honestly the best. I’ve been having trouble for 6 years and haven’t been able to find a physio suited to me. I felt comfortable instantly and knew I’d be in great hands. Even though it’s been a short period of time, I can honestly say I know I’m in the right hands for a long term recovery. Would highly recommend.

   It's been an 8 month journey with Jake at One Physiotherapy and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In the summer of 2022 I had a knee issue which was affecting all aspects of daily life and causing near constant pain. Jake has patiently and tirelessly taught me all the exercises needed to deal with the immediate problem and build up all the associated muscles to stop the issue coming back. I was given a range of exercises tailored to me, shown in detail how to do those in the gym and a great app with videos too. The care from Jake was second to none, friendly and helpful but keen to challenge me within (and slightly outside) my comfort zone. I can confidently say that without the excellent care from Jake I would not be back to enjoying normal life again.

   I have used one physio on several occasions over the years and have always received excellent care and attention and everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Most recently my Son has been under the care of Catherine for a couple of hamstring injuries and her knowledge, care and attention is been fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Catherine and one Physiotherapy.

   I was treated by Jake following a stress reaction in my foot. His treatment was outstanding. He managed my rehab back to running over several months and I am pleased to be now cautiously running again. Using his significant expertise Jake kept thoughtfully evolving my exercises on the app (which was excellent to use as it held me to account and kept me on track) and he also used the expertise of his other colleagues when that was required. His support team also did all the liaison with my medical insurer. I will now continue to work with One Physio to make sure I maintain my physical performance. A massive thank you to Jake and all the team.

   I have always had really professional service from One Physiotherapy. Always prompt follow up with exercises to do on their app. Annoying that you have to put in a code every time, which I now can’t find. Post hip surgery they were fantastic. I had a hard time with complicated surgery and they were very reassuring which was what I needed.

   Jake and the team at One Physiotherapy have worked tirelessly over the last four months with our son to get him back to peak fitness following a severe broken ankle. Jake has been supportive and regularly calls to update us on our son's progress and to give us a chance to ask questions and discuss concerns. Our son respects and admires Jake for the work he does and we are all very grateful for the hours he has put in to not just restoring our son's fitness but his confidence too.

   Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish One Physiotherapy have been incredible. I found all the staff to be extremely professional and have a wealth of experience and expertise. The entire process from booking the treatment to the treatment itself right through to the after care was second to none. I have a huge appreciation for One Physiotherapy for the treatment I received for a long term back issue I had for years wich I can now say is a thing of the passed thanks again to the after care I received. I would most definitely recommend! Thank you.
