I have been to Oceans sport Therapy with 2 knee injuries. Jane has been a star for me both times and really helped me out. Jane helped get the swelling down and gave me good steps to help me recover. Would highly recommend.

Jane is a great physio. Not only does she provide great massages for strains and muscle problems, she also does dry needling, which is great for relieving tightness. She keeps me going and helps the pains caused by my arthritic back.
Jane is a true professional. She listened really well to my issue and fixed my shoulder (which had been painful for months) with a series of deep tissue treatments and exercise recommendations. She got me back to doing the things I was struggling with. Thanks Jane.
Recovering from knee surgery and desperate to get back on a squash court. Jane helps with simple but effective exercises, acupuncture to healing (which I am now a fan of - its works!) and sports massage to help keep those strains away. Have used a lot of different Sports Therapy places over the years and Ocean Sports with Jane is one of the very best.
